ya that would be really cool to eat meat that we grow in a lab. At least we'll know what's in it and we can make it as safe to consume as possible. I agree with what you said about imitation meat. If you're against eating meat, why are you forming your food into shapes of animals. I saw a vegan shrimp before and it had fake black eyeballs too. It looked the same as a real shrimp.

@whythefuckicare ya i know about those youtubers and they are immature. Especially freelee's boyfriend who is 40 years old but acts like he's a girl in middle school. The vegan diet isn't healthy. I heard you have to eat a lot of stuff because ur body only consumes like 40% of the protein you eat from nuts. But if it's meat, you get like 90% of it. It's good if you want to lose weight but at the same time, if you don't know what you're doing you can starve yourself. I don't understand how freelee preaches about her banana diet. How many people are willing to eat 30 bananas or whatever a day? Fruits are also expensive now.

Yeah, I remember when I went vegan for like 6 months I became sick after awhile and the number one question my doctor's asked me is what I ate. When I told them I was vegan and didn't eat meat,fish and dairy they made the connection and told me to at least eat some kind of animal protein until I was healthy again. I switched back to being omnivore after that. Freelee and her bf (Harley? idk) are insane, obsessed and are essentially scammers. They think that just because veganism works for them it'll work for everyone. Plus their statements are completely uneducated because none of them have any education in nutrition.

It tells you a lot about her supporters and vegans in general. I have nothing against vegans who mind their own business or share their beliefs politely but if you are trying to convert someone by calling them fat and inhumane, you're doing it the wrong way. I just can't believe how many vegans support her even though she bullies others regularly and even call underaged girls fat or claim they have an eating disorder. No, eating meat is not an eating disorder. Looking pale cause you're white is not a eating disorder either.
Again, Jay, don't generalize. It's mainly some of the YT community that is shitty. Real life vegans don't necessarily even know about freelee. Besides, veganism is objectively superior to eating meat because of moral and environmental aspects. That's why vegans are so vocal about their lifestyle.
And although her ways are rough, you can't deny that freelee had a big part in making veganism mainstream.

exactly, they make it a big issue because of moral/environmental aspects but do meat eaters do the same towards vegans? What if we said the same thing like why are you vegans eating plants? Plants are living things too and they help feed animals. They help produce oxygen so we can breath. Why are you eating plants when it belongs to the animals. It's all absurd. Food is food.

I saw vegan turkey in the supermarket once and it looked like bread. I was so dumbfounded. It's also funny how most vegans talk about how all animals should be free and that they should be in the wild but they've got pets themselves. I brought up service dogs once on a vegan fb page and some of them were telling me that service dogs don't count because they help us. Come on, they're practically bred and trained to be our cute fluffy slaves.
And there's a girl who eats bananas only? wtf.. I had a vegetarian teacher once and she had to eat some pills daily to provide other nutrition for her body, and vegetarian is only like half a vegan so I've got no idea what to say to those vegans saying a vegan diet is healthier than one that consists of meat. What we need is a balanced diet.

I used to be vegan for a bit, just for weight loss purposes. Never was the type of vegan to shove it down people's throats and preach about it. Never understood those people who preach about it (Freelee the banana girl, vegan gains ect.), if someone wants to be vegan they'll become vegan and if someone doesn't want to be vegan it's their freaking right to eat meat,fish and diary and enjoy it.
So yeah, vegans aren't all crazy but most are practically insane.

I thought about becoming a vegan and only eating plants but after seeing what vegans say on Youtube, it makes me not want to be vegan. They always claim that by being vegan, you will save the planet and animals, but that's bullshit.

First off, we are giving birth to so many babies that will eat meat, that more and more animal farms will need to be built just to sustain our demand. Secondly, we are doing jackshit by eating plants. We harm planet earth just as bad when we convert to veganism cause then animals will be fighting over plants and more animals will live because if the entire human race were vegan, we'd have a lot more meat eating animals and plant eating animals.

Second of all, I think vegans who claim they are activists are bullies. They are harsh when they try to convert someone into being vegan. There's a nice way of showing us why we should stop eating meat. You don't have to call them fat, sick, stupid, etc. They like to think highly of themselves while looking down on meat eating humans. Also, some of them even believe that meat eating humans shouldn't live.

Third, if vegan is all about positivity and making your life so much better, why are vegans always bitching and complaining? Why are vegans so negative and unhappy? I know why...cause you can't stand seeing billions of people eat meat. Live with it.

Fourth, vegans don't even get along with one another. They always fight about which diet works better and why my diet is better than yours. Bitch, if u eat plants, just be happy u are saving animals. Why u gotta kill the movement like that?

Fifth, vegans are crazy. Some even don't want to have babies cause they think the human race is bad. More like they're ugly and can't find a husband or boyfriend to fuck.

I can go on and on about why vegans are hypocrites but i'll stop there.

Yes we have, well now it's only me and my dad at his house. My brother moved out and got his own apartment with his friend. My sister though is still with her but in 2 years she's gonna move as well.

Depends on how much I don't like the food she packs for me. Vegetarian food is a huge no. I either cook good old instant noodles or starve. Also if it's food my dog can eat, I'd give it to her lol

It doesn't apply for home cooked food because my mum makes sure she cooks something everyone likes. My mum is too nice sometimes, I don't know what I did to deserve this
