I used to be really obsessed with doing my nails.
Haven't done them in a while though, but I should. The most recent ones I did are the last ones, from last winter break.

I think that was #4, the Miserable Mill.
I read them all when I was a kid except for "The End", so last winter break I decided to reread them all and finish the series, FINALLY.

It's not too hard. It just takes A LOT of patience.
The only things I use are a bobby pin (for making dots), makeup sponges (for the gradients. they are cheap and you can find tutorials on youtube for how to do this), and ONE thin nail-art brush (for fine lines and designs. they are also cheap and you only need to get one because you can clean it with nail polish remover between uses).
It's super fun, I used to do my nails like ever 3-4 days last summer cause I was sooooo bored (besides being on akp) and it was entertaining. I don't do it as much anymore because I don't have the time, am lazy, and don't have my nail polish with me.

Ah, i read it out too and i watch the movie, i really enjoyed the books seeing that pic makes me want to read it again. So much memories

Nice surprise about this shorter form. Can you tell us what it is you are talking/writing about?Has any info. about this shorter form been posted before (and i just missed it)?

You could try water marbling or stamping. Will still take some practice, but they can be done with shaky hands :)
