noctos I'm new here ^^;;;;...I've been a lurker for a while because I don't have much to add to discussion, but I will try to add what I can.

A taiwanese singer recently confessed in april to having previous homosexual experiences. Her name is Joanna Wang.

Wished I knew chinese so I can read some of these articles. But google translate it is...[spoiler]

And I only found 1 english article, but the translation wasn't any better than the google translated articles:
It looks like she's saying she's still heterosexual even though she's had homosexual experiences?
"Joanna, now 24-year-old debut five years, the emotional world is very low-key, three years ago, despite being photographed foreigner boyfriend, but transferred is lace, she recently accepted an exclusive interview, admitted four years ago, talked to girls intercourse for six months, the current single She stressed that he is still heterosexual. Whether to accept female female love? She did not put words of death: "love encounter to encounter.""

Or maybe she's saying that because her father expressed disapproval, saying something about her being a bad influence since she's a public figure?
"Recently, Taiwanese singer Joanna Wang interviewed also admit that he had been "gay," and because of her father's objections before breaking up with his girlfriend. "

"Joanna Wang Zhiping daughter blew female female love, who broke up six months later with the same-sex intercourse. Now 24-year-old Taiwanese singer Joanna Wang recently known to admit a female female love, saying four years ago, interacting with girls half knew Joanna was gay after his mother encouraged his brave love, but his father, Wang Zhiping that this message, expressed opposition, saying bad influence is a public figure, but Joanna Wang said he still accepts female female love ."

I did a rough translation of the first article. There's two sentences I'm not for sure about, but I think it's easy to get the jist of the article.
“homosexuality” a word that is no longer shameful, now internet users frequently hold onto “heterosexuality is for carrying on the family line, homosexuality is real love” these words are repeated over and over, not only that, but even public performing artists take the lead to come out of the closet. A few days ago, Taiwanese singer Wang Ruo Lin (Joanna Wang) accepted to be interviewed and aired herself to once have been a “homosexual”, and because of her father’s opposition she and her girlfriend split up.

Singer Wang Ruo Lin through her efforts in the music world stands a role, Wang Ruo Lin, apart from her low voice gives the world a feeling of an odd low key profile, the other day she accepted Taiwan media’s exclusive interview, during the interviewing Wang Ruo Lin aired once again that she formerly had liked a girl, and was together with that girl for half a year, her mother found out afterwards and encouraged her daughter to love bravely, but her father found out later and “beat the loving couple”. Wang Ruo Lin praised her girlfriend of the past: “she has masculinity, confidence in herself, humor, is my favorite quality, there is no who chasing who, only happy if we are together with each other, don’t care about (other) boys or girls.”

During the interview, Wang Ruo Lin was asked if she still likes girls, Wang Ruo Lin expressed now that she lets nature take its own course, as long as she wants love, whether someone is male or female are possible for loving. Such a frank answer resembles how to publicly come out of the closet by support.

I think that Wang Ruo Lin is saying that she's still bisexual (I am pretty sure that is what she implying by saying she will love men or women), even though her father opposes of her same sex relationships.

noctos I really wanna share this with you guys , sorry I know it's not related to who's gay or not but it's very interesting and it's the first time I hear about it
Here's the video you can skip to 5:00 to see what I'm talking about
Fake marriage meeting party , so in Korea gay men and lesbians organize these fake marriage meeting parties when they can meet someone from the opposite sex and get married just to please their parents , so that during their day the man can go and have fun with other men and the women can also have dates with other girls but when they comeback at night they're husband and wife And infront of their parents of course
I really don't know what to think about this but it's definetly better than breaking someone's heart in the future
And who knows maybe some idols would do the same , like key and Amber haha

wow, that is actually a good idea for a way around having to be under parents pressure to get married. It's sad that people have to do it though .

I can actually feel like some gay celebrities/idols could end up doing something like this, if they choose to never reveal their sexuality. I don't really know about Key doing it though, because he tends to be a bit out spoken about things and not deny things. I think he keep stuff like that to himself, but won't outright deny it if prompted.

noctos I've been told I look unhealthy because of my skinniness. I've also been asked a million times if I had an eating disorder, because of course everyone who is skinny has an eating disorder. And I've also been accused of hating fat people?? I really don't understand people these days. You can't assume stuff such as that based only off of someone's appearance.

The "real women have curves" thing also really ticks me off.

It's been a long time since I've been active in a forum, I really don't know much else to say about myself :embarassed:

noctos Hello
Welcome to kps
Whose your bias in f(x)?
I can't choose a bias in f(x), it's so difficult >< but I do sometimes think that Krystal could be my bias

Welcome here
who's your bias in SHINee ? :nervous:
I don't have a bias really >< I really love Jonghyun, but then I also really love all the other members. I think my bias would change daily if I had to pick one haha

hi welcome to kps, do you like ukiss?
ah yeah I do, but! I don't know much about the members or any of UKISS's songs aside from title tracks :embarassed:.

Welcome to KPS~

Do you like U-kiss or VIXX? :nervous:
I like UKISS, but I don't know much about them or anything aside from title tracks T-T...I've never actually listened to VIXX either, but I hear about them all the time from a friend of mine.

noctos I really wasn't expecting much from 2NE1's comeback (YG hasn't really been releasing a lot of music that's...any good imo for a while now), but "Falling in Love" was a lot more than I expected. It's an okay song, but it's...too busy for me; I think it's the two different beats going on in the music background. I really did like Bom's part though, and Minzy and CL looked great ♡. The song also vaguely reminds me of beach music and, quite frankly, I do not ever want to willingly subject myself to listen to anything beach music related ever. CL's rapping also is bothersome to me, just doesn't...sound nice to my ears. Really mediocre imo. I will admit the song is different/more unique compared to other songs being released currently. It just doesn't suit my tastes in music, however.

(or maybe I'm just biased, who knows)

Welcome <3
Do you like 4Minute? :nervous:
4Minute was one of the first girl groups I tried to get into when I started to get into kpop ^^. However, I never really got into them...if you can, could you suggest me some songs? ^^

if you like ukiss but dont know any non title tracks, i can give you suggestions ^^ vixx also awesome too, they only have around 15 songs so they arent hard to get into.
Okay! Where do you think I should start with UKISS? Ah and about VIXX, didn't they recently have a comeback? (I'm behind on basically everything except my own groups that I pay attention to ^^;;)

noctos The only way I actually manage to finish things is to be working with someone else. Otherwise, everything else is never finished and forever lost in the rest of my sketchbook. Finishing things makes me a little sad to be honest...;;

noctos People should also pay attention to the expression of someone in the picture they post. Expression doesn't completely change the fact, but it does effect it. Comparing a picture of someone smiling and not smiling isn't keeping the comparison fully controlled.

Some ulzzangs do edit their selcas in photoshop, and I'm not sure if the same can be said for idols and their selcas either ^^;;;;

not a day goes by when I don't revisit this album at least once
Ever since it was released it pretty much became a part of my life
The emotion in all of the album's songs really hit me hard the first time I heard it...I wanted to cry when I heard "Home" because that sort of feeling the lyrics portray is exactly how I feel. Listening to Fever's End got me through a lot of rough nights, and I can't ever forget about this album.

noctos Losing/gaining about two-five pounds a day is normal, it's just the fact that you weigh more immediately after you eat than a few hours afterwards/beforehand. I went to the doctor once and weighed 96 pounds, but then after lunch I weighed myself and I was 100 pounds. It's totally normal! You'll probably weigh the same before you ate when you wake up in the morning.

I loled XDDD
I don't know why ( maybe because I do the same thing when it is too hot, like now )

Anyway, whithout starting any fight, did you listen to this cover?
I'm not a Shawol and most time I find it difficult to understand how good or bad the mebers sing, so I was very happy to hear this. (I know his vocals are among the most appreciated in SM, but here I feel like it really shows.)

(I swear my life would be so worse without Sukira u.u)
oh god, I really loved Jonghyun's cover of this. I originally didn't listen to it because I wasn't fond of the song and I never really like when Jonghyun does English covers (his pronunciation is usually kinda off and it bothers me for some reason), but when I finally did listen to it, I really fell in love with it. I don't think it's the best example of how good his singing is, but it definitely does show that he has a lot of talent ^-^

noctos The majority of businesses are like that, especially big companies like SM. The point of a business to make money, and that's what they're doing so I really don't see anything wrong with not caring about the general public u__u Jump to forumJump to topic
noctos I'm like this as well, especially during the school year. I almost completely lose my appetite all day and can barely eat a full meal. Trust me, you're not the only one out there. Maybe you should try to find a way to release all your stress. I'm still trying to find a way for me to do that, so I really don't know what kind of help I can offer other than to just tell you that you aren't alone in your struggles ^^
